Return Policy

We want you to love your Luna Saint purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email hello@thelunasaint.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the return.

• Klarna purchases will be refunded according to Klarna’s policies.
